Brewers of Portugal organized a webinar to support the HORECA sector: “Um brinde à mesa de um novo Horeca”. The initial goal was to encourage a discussion and share the challenges, faced by the brewers, and HORECA. It also addressed emerging consumer behaviours as a result of COVID-19 and subsequent preventative measure.
Participants of this webinar were: Francisco Gírio, General Officer of Brewers Of Portugal, Jacobo Olalla Marañón, General Director of Cerveceros de España, José Avillez, Corporate Executive Chef and owner of Avillez Group and Vítor Sobral, Corporate Executive Chef and owner of Quina Group, both national and international references in fine cuisine.
