From midnight on March 14th, all Cafés-Hôtels-Restaurant establishments in France have lowered their curtains to protect consumers and professionals. Behind these closures, a whole social life is put on hold and thousands of owners fear that they will not be able to reopen their establishment after the crisis. Faced with this exceptional situation, distributors, manufacturers and start-ups, specialists in Out-of-Home Consumption, passionate about this exceptional sector, have decided to mobilize by joining forces! “Jaime mon bistrot” is a solidarity fund allowing everyone to freely contribute to support one or more HORECA establishments. These funds can be used now by the owners of establishments to enable them to cope with this situation or, later, to ensure reopening and support the most vulnerable.
